Dan joined Britannia IT in June 2019 as an apprentice and, after completing his Level 3 qualification, became a key member of our Helpdesk team. Now part of our First and Second Line Support crew, he’s often spotted out and about in the Britannia IT van—if you see it, it’s probably Dan! In his spare time, he’s a dedicated Southport FC and Everton fan, rarely missing an away day for Southport.
Daniel joined Britannia IT in June 2021 as a Service Desk apprentice, completing both his Level 3 and Level 4 IT apprenticeships by May 2024. Now a key member of our First and Second Line Support team, he plays an important role in keeping our clients' systems running smoothly. Outside of work, Daniel is a rollercoaster fanatic and enjoys countryside walks with his two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.
Andy has been with Britannia since the start, Andy manages all IT workshop and repairs. If your computer is taken away to be repaired, theres a good chance Andy is the man repairing it.
Abigail started with Britannia IT in 2021. Having worked in IT Sales and distribution prior to Britannia, she joins the team to help provide a better product, service and price to our clients.
Sam joined Britannia in 2020, After a long career in the Civil Service, Sam brings a wealth of skills and orangisation to Britannia.
Chris joined the company shortly after we started, Chris is responsible for all the data cabling, wireless and data installations we complete.
Peter started in 2019, Peter works with Chris and works on all the data cabling, wireless, data and CCTV installations we complete.
Oliver joined Britannia IT in 2025 and helps businesses save money and improve their IT setup. Outside of work, he enjoys paddleboarding, good coffee, and chasing after his cockapoo, Milo.
James joined Britannia IT in 2025, focused on helping businesses modernise their IT while cutting unnecessary costs. Away from work, he’s into cycling, cooking spicy food, and looking after his grumpy British Shorthair cat, Jasper.
Sophie joined Britannia IT in 2025 and is passionate about helping businesses get the most from their technology. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, weekend hikes, and spoiling her golden retriever, Luna.
